Thanks to this innovative process, from GREENRECYLE department, we are able to achieve zero waste and give life to a wide variety of brand new products called AGGLOMERATES.
The waste generated from materials processing is selected and sorted by material type, and then agglomerated using certified and completely non-toxic prepolymer adhesives. From the “mixtures” so obtained, we create foam sheets having different carrying capacities for many applications, i.e. the bedding sector (mattresses), insulation, the sound-absorbing material industry, and so on.
Multiple lines enclosed in all different collections, which find application in the most varied sectors: relaxation, travel, contract and healthcare.
