Constant investments in technology allow us to improve our manufacturing standards. Thanks to our automatic mould systems, we are able to create and customize any type of pillow. Our cutting system is made up of state-of-the-art computerized pantographs to create any shape, besides a wide variety of processing modes.
Once our selected next-generation materials are mixed to obtain multiple blends, our foaming system begins the process. Thanks to our automatic robotic system and various manual workstations, we are able to produce over 3,000 pillows a day! All products are classified by date and batch number, along with a printed code that allows us to identify and track them at any time. They can be vacuum-packed either by rolling or pressing, and inserted by a special machine into a heat-sealed bag. We are also equipped with an automatic carousel machine for producing gadgets, small accessories or complex and original shapes. We also offer different packaging types, such as personalized bags and boxes featuring unique graphic designs.
Our foaming system comprises 9 different lines for producing innovative materials, giving birth to 5 registered brands: FLEXFOAM®, MEMORYloving®, AIRMEMORY®, SUPERFresh® and GREENBIORELAX®. Once the materials are stocked, the foaming system doses the mixtures inside the apposite cylinder to create the foam block. When the polymerization phase is completed, the materials can be processed using cutters and cutting pantographs. The blocks so obtained are used for creating pillows, slabs, rolls and flaky material by the meter (the latter is used for quilting and other applications).
Depending on the blends and processes, foams acquire different features, such as load-bearing capacity, resilience, etc. A wide variety of fragrances, from perfumes to essential oils, can be added to the blend. We also offer numerous colouring options to suit any need.
