One of Green Foam’s missions has always been the search for eco-sustainable solutions.

Green Foam today can be counted among virtuous Italian companies as regards the recycling of processed raw materials obtained from PU foam block waste.

Thanks to this innovative process, we are able to achieve zero waste and give life to a wide variety of brand new products called AGGLOMERATES.

The waste generated from materials processing is selected and sorted by material type, and then agglomerated using certified and completely non-toxic prepolymer adhesives.

From the “mixtures” so obtained, we create foam sheets having different carrying capacities for many applications, i.e. the bedding sector (mattresses), insulation, the sound-absorbing material industry, and so on.
